TERROIR

Parcels located in the litlle town of « Vrihou » on the slopes of Voiteur, facing south. The soils are composed in majority with grey marls, few strata of thin limestone and fossils.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Manuals harvest and sorting

Ageing under veil, for the Savagnin it's 4 years in oak barrels. It's 4 years too for the chardonnay but ouillé in barrels.

We blend them 3 months before bottling.

SERVICE & GUARD

14 to 15°C

Can be already consumed or up to 10 years.

Comtoise cooking, like creamy dishes or mushrooms, spicy cooking, Comté of 18 month and more.
