TERROIR

Parcels located in south of the little town called «Vrihou» on the slopes of Voiteur. The soils are composed in majority with grey marls, few strata of thin limestones and fossils.

VINIFICATION & AGEING

Manuals harvest and sorting.

Ageing under veil, in oak barrels for 3 years for the Savagnin. The Chardonnay is ageing 3 years in barrels ouillés.

SERVICE & GUARD

13 to 14°C

Already expressive, this wine will get better with time, up to 10 years.

WINE & FOOD PAIRING

 A must have with cheese ! Will be perfect with some creamy dishes and mushrooms, don't forget the spicy cooking.
