Macvin Rouge du Jura - 75cl
VINIFICATION & AGEING
The decree of the AOC involves the use of Marc du Jura aged at least 18 months in oak barrels for the elaboration of Macvin.
Once integrated into the unfermented grape juices (musts), the Macvin thus obtained will have to be raised at least for 12 months in oak barrels. Our Macvin is aged for more than 36 months with Vieux Marc égrappé (aged in oak barrels for more than 6 years) and Poulsard must.
The mouth offers a nice balance between sugar and alcohol, leaving a sweet sensation of fruit in the final.
SERVICE & AGEING POTENTIAL
Served chilled between 6°C and 8°C. Can be stored in the refrigerator after opening the bottle. Potential of 20 years and more.

Will follow your chocolate desserts, fruits pies like blueberry and with blue cheese of France.
